Role : Forum Administrators are users who have the ability to manage the entire forum. They publish important announcements, keep the forum running, create new updates. Director and Technician deal with the technical side of the forum, while the General Manager runs the forum & staff. Our other Administrator assist when the rest of the administrators are offline.

Role : Being Team Leader of the moderators is a big role to fill in. Most of the time you are expected to constantly check-in to make sure the forum is clean and the moderators are doing their job. You are to help the Administrators with their duties when they are offline, such as approving requests and execute them. (Services that require the Administration Control Panel only not templates.) Change Username requests, password resets, deduct points and update guidelines and rules. Other than that you are to help your fellow moderators in their designated sections.

Hiring/demote Applicants (Decisions can be veto by the Council Team.) Deduct Points from users using the service. Clean the section frequently. (Requests that have no responses) Packagers are expected to complete requests at a professional level. Don't make it seem like its part of a package, get involved in the forum you're visiting. If you aren't experience with the platform their using, do so research to see how you can help them out. 2 brains are better than one, we are humans we miss things, so call out on written mistakes, glitches, bugs, and whatnot. Reviews are suppose to be longer than a paragraph per section.

But keep in mind they're volunteered and its free service, they're not obligated to complete your request.
